My complaint:
Having served in our nations military, I cannot believe that you would get political and promote anti-American views. I have sent letters to my Congressmen and Senators requesting the removal of Subways from all military installations . I’m pretty sure that the sales at these units has already decreased to the point that these franchises are going to want to file a class action against your company .
Suggested solution:
Have your woman's soccer spokesperson (Megan Rapinoe) apologize on national television for her anti-American behavior, then have the CEO explain why they thought the ad was a good idea and what lesson was learned from it ( Hint: your business is selling food, not getting involved in politics). Maybe then you can start gaining back the trust of the country that made you so great to begin with.
