My complaint:
This subway opens at 9am weekdays. The last two Wednesdays’ 9-8 9-15 I went to the store a little after 9am and it was not open. Asked how to contact manager Ronnie and employee told me to leave my name and phone number and the manager would contact me. Never heard from the manager
Suggested solution:
Open on time, and manager contacts customer instead of ignoring.
