My complaint:
I’m writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely disappointing experience at your Subway location in Spiro, Oklahoma.
On 8/16 I placed an order through DoorDash, which was delivered over two hours late. When the order finally arrived, the sandwich was made incorrectly. I returned to the store in person to have the issue resolved, bringing the sandwich with me.
To my surprise, the staff at the store took the sandwich back and told me the problem was DoorDash’s fault—refusing to replace or remake the sandwich. Despite the fact that I paid $13, I was left with only a bag of chips and a soda.
Suggested solution:
I wanted a sandwich or a refund and got neither
