My complaint:

Before I walked into this store I observed another person going in. When I walked in that person was standing at the counter waiting. Why was she waiting? She was waiting because the employee, was fighting to get cookies off the sheet, to put in the display case. The employee was not wearing gloves as she was doing this. I can not remember if employee washed her hands, but she did put gloves on before waiting on customer. Then employee was rude to the customer. I could see the customer was getting frustrated from waiting and then having employee be rude. I walked out and went down the road where I was treated better and sub was cheaper. Sad that you lost my business today. This was on 252021 at about 11:45 am. By the way when I walked out there was 3 customers behind me and another walking towards the door.

Suggested solution:

Said employee needs to know that gloves should be worn while handling food. She also needs to stop what she is doing and wait on customer and not be rude just because she couldn't get cookies of the paper they were stuck on.
