Subway complaint: Scolded employee so loudly everyone in the dining could hear

My complaint:

My family came in and got sandwiches. The guy making my sandwich apparently didn’t do something right. I found out when I was paying and told the lady what type of sandwich I got. I think she was a manager. She said he wasn’t allowed to do what he did and made it sound like it was my fault. She said I’ll let you have it like that this time. I was like ma’am he suggested it and she was like again I’ll let it go this time. After we got all our food we sat and could hear her just behind the wall yelling at him.
It was uncalled for and unprofessional.

Suggested solution:

The lady( maybe the manager I don’t know) needs to be confronted and told to not do that. Which she should already know. She should also apologize to the employee on how she handled the situation. Again, it was unprofessional for her to address him about the situation like that by yelling and while there was people eating in.
