My complaint:
I ordered 2 footlongs and the lady asked if they were according to the board to which I replied no. I wanted The Monster with pepper jack cheese instead of Monterey cheddar. She started to make the sandwich with American cheese. I asked if that was American and she put the bacon on top and said I had to have it that way because she could not change it because of the bacon. I then asked her to put some pepper jack on it which I had to pay extra for. She then made the second sandwich which was an Outlaw. I reminded her that this sandwich gets American cheese. It looked like she put pepper jack on it. I asked her about this and she insisted that she used American.
When I got home my wife took 1 bite and was unable to eat her sandwich because she cannot stomach spicey food. I tried the Monster and it definitely was pepper jack which was not what we ordered.
The entire time I was there I felt as if I was interrupting her day. It was not a busy time off day. It was well after the lunch rush, and I was the only customer in the store although one person in subway shirt was sitting at a table. No one else entered until it was time for her to ring up my order.
My only regret is that I did not walk out when she first started ignoring my requests and gone somewhere else instead of waiting until I got home 30 miles later to find the egregious error and lack of quality and professionalism. Please be assured, I will never interrupt nor inconvenience the staff at this location again.
