My complaint:

I like to order subway sandwiches on the app for myself and my children. I recently noticed that our sandwiches don’t reflect what I paid for. For instance I pay for double meat and will receive a normal amount. I mentioned this more than once and received an apology, but it kept happening. So I starting coming in before my sandwiches were ready to make sure they were done right. Today the manage became very nasty and told me to get to the other side of the restaurant because I made my order online and I was “in the way” of the other customers even though I was away from the actual line. Also there was only 1 white couple in the restaurant and no other customers. He was extremely polite to them and absolutely disgusting to me. I then notice my sandwiches are being made wrong…again. I explained to the manage that if I’m paying for extras then I should receive them. He said I must be mistaken and it couldn’t be his location. He completely berated me and dismissed my statement.

I have been a faithful customer of subway for years, and this mans actions were completely uncalled for. This is not how you treat customers, especially as a manager. I can only imagine if this is how the head is, what about the body? He definitely needs to be reprimanded and should be retrained. His actions were disgusting. I hope this situation is rectified immediately, especially in these times.

He shouldn’t currently be a manager. I wouldn’t say fire him, but he needs to be on probation and retrained.
