Subway complaint: Rude employee and refused to make subs also threatened us with bodily harm.

My complaint:

My nephew and I want in to order subs on 3/9/24 at 5:40 pm and were ordered our subs and a female employee walked by us the employee who claimed to be a manager yelled to my nephew dont look apparently he turned around and looked at the female going behind us and turned back around never saying a thing. The continued to finish our order when my nephew wanted onion sauce they were out and the other employee said you have to get more in back the employee said theres no more left my nephew said then I dont want the subs.This employee continued to harass my nephew by saying dont be looking at girls when they walk by then said do you want me to come over this counter and beat your ass this was totally unnecessary and I paid for my sub and he wasn’t going to give me my food he put it behind counter very bad worker the other guy with him was very pleasant but this guy needs to be fired and should not be in any customer service job.

Suggested solution:

Fire this employee he going to hurt someone.
