Subway complaint: Rude employee and hard bread

My complaint:

Good morning. I am a regular customer of Subway. I always ask to get my vegetables on the side and I always buy 2 footlongs. On August 19, I was given one tiny little container of Ranch dressing. I asked if I could have 2 for each of my 2 subs. I was told no. You can only have one. That does not make sense for 2 footlong subs. No only does that no make sense, the young black man that was helping me was very rude. He had a word for everything I asked for that was not good. I was so hurt by his responses so I said I will not return to buy subs. He had a response for that too and it was not polite. I have never been treated like he treated me at this subway.

Also the wheat bread my subs was made with were very hard. When my subs were wrapped, the ends were not covered with the paper. Just poor service and I am hurt for that.

I look forward to hearing from someone about this.

Suggested solution:

Inform the store manage and reward me with a free subway gift card.
