My complaint:

So my family stop at subway today 662020 at 12:45pm. We were hungry from hiking. So we went in and started our order and my son Was placing his order and the lady was rude. My son asked for extra meat she didn’t put extra meat on. Then we kept order she put the wrong cheese and she was like you told me you wanted that cheese. I explained to her no I asked for white American not Swiss. Then we told her no mayo and she still put mayo on. We told her we didn’t want the sub bc I don’t like mayo. She never asked if she can remake the sub. I just paid for my kids sub and left. You guys need better customer service.

Suggested solution:

You need to clean house with your employees.
