My complaint:
I placed an order on my Subway app and when I entered my gift card info it took my $15 balance away to 0 and didn’t send my order through. I then tried four credit cards for payment and it said incorrect pin number on each. The pin number or the 3 numbers on back of my cards were all correct. I then went to my nearest subway and tried to use my gift card in the store and it showed a 0 balance. I would like my $15 back please since it took the info and didn’t apply payment to my order.
