My complaint:

I went to the south pekin location and ordered 3 sandwiches through the app. I picked them up on my way to work and when I got there I realized that two of my three sandwiches had the wrong toppings on them. When I called the store location I asked to speak to a manager and they told me there wasn’t one on duty today. So I asked what they can do and the girl on the phone told me that she couldn’t replace or refund my order. When I asked her what I can do about it she didn’t say anything and then told me she would write my name and number down. Then I asked if I paid $20 for sandwiches that aren’t right and she said “pretty much yeah”. I didn’t even get a chance to speak to a manager, make a complaint on the phone, or talk to anybody about what was wrong. They turned me away as soon as I brought up the fact That my stuff was wrong. When the phone was first answered it was a male employee and I’m pretty sure while I was telling him what was wrong he just sat the phone down and walked away. In the photo attached you can clearly see that I ordered a steak and cheese with lettuce, onions, sweet onion sauce, and ranch and they put tomatoes, green peppers, and no onion sauce. For the roasted chicken I ordered lettuce, green peppers, onions, Mayo, and ranch and only got the lettuce, onions, and sauce.

Suggested solution:

I need to speak to a manager, or corporate, I would appreciate a refund at this point I don’t even want a replacement.
