My complaint:

placed an order online went to pick up ( supposed to be ready by 3:05 ) we got there at 3:30 order wasn’t ready and was greeted with a very rude WHAT! there another customer in there that asked if they had any other cookies besides oatmealraisin and she rudely said whats in there is what we have.ordered a ceasar wrap and was rudely asked what kind of cheese we wanted supposedly they were out of the shredded cheese. also ordered 3 subs and when we got home one of the subs couldn’t be eaten the roll was like a brick.

Suggested solution:

get rid of the rude worker
