My complaint:
We went to subway at around 9:40 pm and there were 2 associates working there but they refused to serve as they already turn off their oven. This was extremely rude.
Suggested solution:
Either change your time or atleast don't disappoint your customers. Your associate should be more welcoming and respectful towards customers.
