Subway complaint: poor manager

My complaint:

I was in there 2 weeks ago. It was obvious the man waiting on me was new. I ordered 2 spicy italian with spinach and banana peppers only. At checkout he couldn’t figure out how to apply the coupon. After several mins. he asked for help. One sandwich was made right. The other had pepperoni and vegs only. Around 3 today I placed the same order with the same man. Can’t t comment on the food. I left without any. He still couldn’t check anyone out using a coupon. To top it off, there was no manager on site and he said he was training the only other person there. I don’t blame this guy. The manager must be the real idiot. Don’t leave untrained people to train someone else.

Suggested solution:

Train the managers to train employees.
