My complaint:
Claimant was a customer waiting in line at the store. He stepped out fo the way for the customer who had just finished ordering in front of him and bumped into a ladder and fell to the floor, injuring his body.
Suggested solution:
Claimant is currently treating for his injuries. His settlement demand will be submitted when completed.
