My complaint:

My husband and myself visited your store in Wellston, Ohio tonight and ordered a 12 cold cut sub and added roast beef. The price should have been $8.50. We were charged $13.99. This is the second time this happened. The first time we had already made it home before we looked at the receipt. This time we looked at it before we left the store.

My husband went back into the store and was told by the employees that the computer automatically changes the sandwich into a roast beef sandwich $10.99 with the added $3.00 charge. They are aware it does this, but do not know how to change it. So…you just continue to overcharge customers??

Suggested solution:

Since they employees are aware of this issue, they should have manually entered a discount to make sure that your customer was charged the correct price. However, they didn't offer to do anything about it. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service we received.
