My complaint:
I ordered a sandwich online, I picked it up and went back to work once i got back and see my sandwich to eat there is nothing on there but ham and cheese i ordered with lettuce jalapenos, chipotle sauce and ranch nothing. called the store and they didnt do anything about it and said its my first day sorry i asked for a refund nothing she ignored the topic asked if i can get a replacement or a new sandwich nothing. just hang up and said sorry. sorry but what a terrible experience never ever had this happened before.
Suggested solution:
either a refund or ask if i wanted another one or something because this is unacceptable
