My complaint:

I responded to your email about the above. I prepared the order and it wouldn’t give me the advertised price at checkout. I called the Subway and the manager said we do not honor specials. I asked why it didn’t state so on the website and not not allow the order? He said he had no idea. I told him I would not continue the order at that price and would not visit his site again. A little while later, I received an email thanking me for my order and charging my card $16.98. I called the store again and said do not make the sandwiches. They said we already did. I informed them again I was not accepting them. I want my card credited for the purchase and strongly suggest you correct your website so stores that do not honor your specials cannot be completed!
