My complaint:
We receive coupons all the time in the mail and there are deals online. However, every Subway from Wiggins, MS south to the Gulf Coast will NOT honor coupons or online deals. We no longer patronize these restaurants.
I was told that with current costs of product, they will not accept coupons.
Each restaurant is independently owned, but that’s not good business/publicity for Subway in general.
In today’s world, individuals need a break wherever they can get it and coupons help with that, if you want business.
I hate seeing commercials on TV for subway deals because I know there’s no Subway around that offers them. If Subway sends out the coupons, then ALL should honor them.
Suggested solution:
Start honoring all coupons and online deals.
