My complaint:

I am so pissed that you can’t customize your order online now. I always order our whole family’s order online cause I don’t want to take us all in there and then stand around waiting for it all. Guess they don’t like having us as customers. I’ll probably start ordering from some one else’s online app that does allow customization on their orders.

Suggested solution:

I highly suggest they change the app back to where you can customize it without going there or we are done with the chain.
