My complaint:
On three 03202020 I didn’t online order and pick up in Lockhart, TX 78644 subway transaction number 53279-0
There was a promotion deal buy one foot long get one free.
I bought a total of 4 I ended up paying for 3.
I have sent emails 3 times with no response.
I did try to call but not able to talk with anyone!
Suggested solution:
Credit my account for one sandwich
Credit my app for a free 12”
Respond to my email in a timely fashion
