My complaint:
I had placed an online order through the app and when I sent my family to pick it up, they came back completely empty handed and told us that Subway had NO MEAT, NO CHEESE, AND NO BREAD! I also never got my money back and the order was like $30!! I filled out the support form and tried contacting them for WEEKS and I only ever got an automated email and never got to hear from anyone. They don’t actually care about their customers, they care about getting your money!
Suggested solution:
I want my money back. Nobody ever reached out from Subway to even attempt to resolve this and there's no way to contact anyone to get it resolved. They literally created the perfect way to steal money from people and it's unacceptable.
If they used an electronic inventory system that was connected to the app, I wouldn't have the ability to order items that were not available, so the PERFECT resolution would be updates like that so this doesn't happen to anyone else. ALSO, there needs to be BOTH a customer service contact phone number AS WELL AS a chat so I don't have to go weeks with no resolution and complain to an outside source to get the problem resolved. Also note, if I could give 0 stars, I would.
