My complaint:

Called uber to place a order noticed the order was wrong and I called the Yarbrough store and told them thats when they advised me they had no white bread just wheat and flat bread so I had to cancel my order so I decided to go to subway online and its not the first this happens it also happened at the Lee trevino store but this one was a online error the online system added items to our sandwich we didn’t want door dash credited subway for that and subway never gave me my whole credit so as you can see I love subway but constant mistakes are being done its naming me not want to order subway anymore

Suggested solution:

I want something to be done about the online system today 09-10-2021 I have no money cause its on hold because subway could not do the job correctly I want some sandwiches for free maybe a months worth or a gift card something to compensate me not being treated the cx way
