Subway complaint: No Appreciation!

My complaint:

I was charged for 2 footings on my account (debit card) and Subway said that they never got it. It went through my bank and has never been credited to my account. Plus I still haven’t gotten my 2 footlongs. The girl I talked to about it took my name and number down and said she would call me back to resolve the problem, which she didn’t. She just waited for closing and went home. We were left without our paid for food.

2nd Complaint is this. This store never parties in the bogo50 or any other add we watch on tv.

Suggested solution:

I want you to help me get my two footlongs that I have been charged for.
