My complaint:
Last year my rewards was frozen at Subway and they fixed it right away. It happened again about 10 days ago. I tried calling Subway 2 x but you cannot get a live person anymore. I have written 4 complain e-mails to them through their site and they have gone COMPLETELY ignored. I shop in subway almost every day and love my same $8.18 spinach wrap. I now have made 7 purchases through Subway, and I am unable to get my rewards. Fix this Subway. My phone is 267-980-4855 Steven Ciceron
