Hello, my office placed an order on online for pick up. The first order was partially right, one 6 inch sandwich was a foot long and the salad did not get the dressing. The second order was not even made. When asked they said they didn’t get the sandwich order and they didn’t have chipolte ranch, so they just cancelled the order. No refund was even offered.
The customer service is the first thing that needs to be addressed. A manager should always be on staff. Subway making money on product that was not delivered is unethical. For a Subway staff member to belittle the customer in font of other customers is a bad representation of the franchise. I would at least like a refund or coupon of the $12.00 order that I did not receive.
