My complaint:

I used to work for Subway I quit today on 1052020 because my manager of the shift and store got mad because I could not make it into work because of a family emergency that was an hour away and I needed to go I had messages with her privately she screenshotted them and put them in a group chat with other employees. Then when she realized she also put me in the group chat she wanted other employees the private message to talk about me she was very unprofessional and even went as far as posting on Facebook about me and I did not appreciate this I would like something done about it I was a good employee I went in and did shifts that I wasn’t supposed to I was a part-time employee because I am also a senior in high school and she knew this and was still asking me to come in and fill hours and I have fell behind in school and the one day I need to not come in because of a family emergency she started drama.

Suggested solution:

I feel she should not be an employee through Subway especially a manager if she cannot act as a manager should and be mature as an adult should be.
