Subway complaint: I paid extra charge for extra bacon and didn’t get it and I complained about it and never answered.

My complaint:

I order protein bowl a few weeks ago with extra bacon with extra charge $1 and they don’t even put bacon at all. So I complained though subway website with my order number and they never answered me. Where is my money? I don’t want to pay extra charge with not complete meal. They are just thief. I never seen this kind of franchise company… I really disappointed.

Suggested solution:

They must refund my extra charge and also it wasn't complete meal so they must refund the amount that they didn't put the ingredients.
