Subway complaint: How not to run a store

My complaint:

10:45 today I walked into your store. There were 4 girls behind counter working. Nobody else in store and the drive thru was empty.
I stood there waiting. After a few minutes nobody addressed me so I asked one girl was someone going to help me ? They had a few written orders they were working on. She said not until we finish these. They have priority.
Nobody in store and I am in store with money
and get put to the end of line.
Could they not pull one girl to help anybody that might come in?
I turned around to walk out and she had the nerve to say bye come back soon.
Is that the way you want to run your store?
