My complaint:
We ordered online a salad and a sandwich for pickup. When I got home the salad was like soup. You couldn’t even make out the lettuce it was so soggy. I called into Subway. The first employee that answered hung up on me. I called back and the next employee who said he was the owners son was just as rude. I’m in a leg brace and crutches and now have zero supper to eat while being treated so rude. Worst customer service I have ever had. I plan on telling anyone I know not to support this Subway again.
Suggested solution:
They should have delivered me a new salad. Or at the very least apologized.
