My complaint:

Wife called to complain about hair in her food. Called 4 times with no response from the manager. When she finally got a hold of the manager she said, tried to call you several times I’m so over it and hung up. She never tried to call back, we looked on the cell phone. The store manager should be fired at the very least. You do not treat seniors or anyone that way.

Fire the manager and refund our money and learn how to provide customer service to the people that buy your product.
