My complaint:
I witnessed an employee cleaning the deli area with her gloves on and used a napkin to clean her gloves and then asked me what I wanted. I was waiting for her to put on fresh gloves but she didn’t. She got my bread and I had to ask her to change her gloves. She was not happy and was rude with preparing my sandwich. I ordered two sandwiches on white and she only had enough white for one. I should have walked out but I didn’t. I ate a sandwich on wheat which is not what I prefer. I will not be going back to that Subway location. We love Subway and eat there on a regular basis.
Suggested solution:
Reprimand the worker and send me a refund or coupons so I can feel reimbursed.
