I ordered four subs on September 23 threw the subway app. I was under the impression they were buy two get one free because that’s what it said during check out and my mother went into this location and ordered three and got one free. I was charged full price for my order which was three footlongs and one wrap. I was not given a receipt upon pick up at the location and was forwarded two automated emails saying sorry you had a problem, when I tried to contact some one threw the subway website. No one from subway will answer me about receiving a refund and my receipt. I will be opening a dispute and never going to subway agian if this is not resolved.
I would like a refund for the sub that was supposed to free according to their promotion going on right now and my receipt for that transaction that was charged to my debit card.
