My complaint:

My name is José Flores, businessman in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
My intention is to acquire a Metro franchise, but until today it has been very difficult to do it and nobody has been able to help me. We actually started the paperwork with a person named Ricardo Fragoso, supposedly based in the city of Monterrey, we even got to the point of sending documentation, but suddenly we lost contact with him, and I say we lost contact because he stopped answering our messages and calls. After this I contacted Mr. Enrique Hakkers from the regional office for Latin America and the Caribbean, being redirected to Maggie Elizondo, but still without a response. I have been trying to get help for five months without success, I am seriously considering investing my capital in a different business, please I need an immediate response today.
