Complaint: Extra charge and short on meat

My complaint:

I have never had a problem with Subway. So when I was told that the one in Geneva Ohio wasn’t very good I thought I would try it anyway as it is closer to home. I ordered a 6 inch meatball sub just as I have at many other Subway’s. I have always been given 4 meatballs. On this day they only put three in. When I asked about it they said a fourth one would fall out. But she gave it to me anyway. I also have always asked for motzerella and parmesan cheese and was always charged just for the motzerella. I was told on this day that the parmesan would be an extra charge so I said never mind. The total experience gave me the impression they were trying to cheat me. I will never go back to that store again. I will drive to the next town over to get my Subway. Thanks for reading this.
