My complaint:
Entered store to order a sandwich and the young lady behind the counter was not wearing a mask. I asked her to please put one on and she stated that she was exempted by her doctor. I don’t care if she is exempted..that’s fine…but if she is going to prepare foodsandwiches she should be following CDC protocol. Another lady came out with a mask and gloves to prepare my order. The second time I stopped by the same subway about a week later, she came out from the rear (the prep area) without mask or gloves. She informed the same lady that prepared my last sandwich that I was back again. Sorry, but if she isn’t following guidelines, she should not be doing this kind of work.
Suggested solution:
All employees preparing food products or preparing food should be wearing appropriate PPE as directed by the CDC.
