My complaint:
Today at around 315 pm I phoned the Escondido subway on Auto park way. I tried contacting them. For about 15 min so I could place my order over the phone for pick up. Nobody ever picked up when I got there. I found. In employer sitting in the tables with his phone. And nobody at the counter. After waiting I asked. The. Employee is anybody working. He said yes I think he’s in the bathroom. I. Continued to wait for another 5 more min when a. Employer came out of the restrooms. He then approached the counter. And I asked him if they ever picked up there phone because I had been trying to place my order for over 15 min. And nobody answered he then said I don’t know. I’m not in charge of that. I only do the sandwiches. I then asked him for his name he said his name was Isaiah He then asked. Are you sure you want to order from here I said yes obviously. I’m here. He then. Said. Well you don’t have to order here I said. Excuse me. You are very. Rude. Beside the fact that you don’t pick up your phone line. He then shouted what I can’t use the bathroom. I then said I didn’t say that but you don’t have to be rude. He then said. You know what I don’t care. I just lost my daughter. And I’m about to get kicked out of my. House. So I don’t care he then pumped his chest up. At me and. I felt as he was trying to intimidate me out of there. I. Felt as if he did that. I then turned around as he proceeded to shout out to me my name is Isaiah. And he began to spell his name out. As I was walking out. I. Replied by. Saying I know how. To spell
Suggested solution:
I would like some kind of follow up. You have cameras. There you should. Be able to see it all on the video taken. For the day of 1 /30/24. Escondido. Subway on auto parkway. Around 315. To 330 in between that time employers name Isaiah Was very rude. And disrespectful. He intimidated me out of the store
