My complaint:

I was at Subway near Scott Road station, Surrey on Sunday Feb 07, 2021 around 7 pm wherein they have a offer for saturdays and sundays of 3 footlongs for 18$. When i asked for the 3 footlongs the employee denied by saying that “i have less breads and my manager has asked me not to give this offer anymore for today as we still have two more hours to close and if i run out of breads what will i give to regular customers?” . I wonder what was he considering me by mentioning the other people supposed to come after me as regular customers. I am infact a multinational regular customer of subway. Having run out of bread is not the problem of customer. If the location is open they should provide whatever they have advertised outside the store and also need to teach some customer service skills to employees as well as managers. Also, Stop hiring such managers or close such locations which run out of material. I felt deeply offended by the reply I got from the employee.

Suggested solution:

I want the manager to apologise and provide me the offers advertised outside the store right away.
