My complaint:
my grandson who has a mild case of autsim went to the subway to get a footlong meal i gave him a coupon i just cut out the girl who said he already use the coupon said he would have to pay full price the girl was rude and not helpful when i even call i like subway but aster this in counter i will not be eating there anymore
Suggested solution:
i think you need to teach you staff to be more understanding and to take the customer and diffently be be pleasant with customer we are all going thru something
