My complaint:

I went there twice, about 30 minutes before they close, and both times the lady tells me they are closed. Wtf? The first time it happened, I went there around 7:40 pm and the lady was talking on her phone, then she came to me and said they were closed. Today I went in around 7:30, the same lady is helping this customer and asks me if I’m picking up, I said no so she says she is done after that customer. And the way she said it, she said it as though she was really refusing me! Plus she wasn’t even wearing a mask! Is it just me or is she racist? Or is she just lazy? I don’t know! But she made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable and I really wanted to report her so bad. She should not be working there if she is going to treat people that way. She really needs to be fired
