My complaint:

I went into the Subway on my way to work on 842021 the time was just passed 8 PM to get a sandwich for lunch because I work nights, The employee yelled from somewhere in the back We’re closed the door was unlocked, the lights were on and there was not a sign anywhere stating the restaurant was closing early,
I feel it was very rude of the employee to not only yell from the back of the kitchen but also never come out and speak to me face to face to explain the early closure. There was also never an apology for the lack of customer service.

Suggested solution:

i enjoy the sandwiches from Subway so perhaps if the restaurant is closing early, a sign should be put in the window apologizing for the inconvenience. The employees should provide customer service face to face no matter what the situation is and if the store closes early why was the door unlocked?
I would like a complimentary sandwich since I was unable to stop anywhere else to get dinner that evening,
