Subway complaint: Customer service

My complaint:

Went to subway in ASDA today (16th July) at 1pm with my Mum. My Mum asked for a grated cheese roll, when the young man moved the roll along to add salad I asked if we could have more cheese as these was nothing in the roll (I have pictures). We were told it would be 30p extra when I asked why he said it’s extra?! I asked how as there was hardly any cheese so why should we have to pay extra when there should be enough in the first place. Another server got involved, a girl and told us it would be 30p extra!! Again I said but there is hardly anything in there! I then spoke to the manager but the other girl serving seemed to over ride the manger as the manager was going to add some more cheese until she got involved again.

Suggested solution:

These servers need proper customer service training as when I said I will be complaining she said it won’t change the rules?!?? How rude and unprofessional talking to a customer like that all over some extra cheese, that wasn’t in the roll in the first place!!

We certainly won’t be using that subway again as the staff are disgustingly rude and under trained!!
