My complaint:

When I CALLED DeWitt Subway to verify if accepted the Buy Two Get On Free the person who answers my call ask another employee (I could hear her ask and the reply) I was told YES we do. This way at 1:50PM. We placed our order online but did NOT see a discount. Again called the DeWitt Subway and was told you will see when order is complete. I understand her to say when I (meaning you employee finished the order). discounts would be applied. However when I picked up my order NO discount was applied. Your employee said locally we can discontinue coupons when want to. HOW CAN THEY DISCONTINUE CUPON IN MINUTES ?
I believe Subway should give me a coupon for one sandwich. At the VERY least.
