Subway complaint: Consistant bad service.

My complaint:

I have been coming to this Subway for at least 30 years. When it started they would pack people through and employees worked-fast. Now, service is very slow and usually my order (drive thru) is wrong and I have to go back in and have it fixed. About 2 weeks ago the speaker broke at this Subway. There is still a sign on it to drive to window to order. I waited 12 hour just to get to the window, by that time my lunch hour was over. It was taking about 10 min. for each order. It should not take 10 min. to make a sandwich. This is a constant problem at this Subway and the only reason people keep coming is because it and McDonalds are the only drive-thru restaurants in the area for workers.

Suggested solution:

Better trainingworkers. Get the speaker fixed or close the store.
