My complaint:
The two employees literally saw me pull up, looked at their phone to check the time and locked the door 15 minutes before their actual closing time, then laughed about it. I’ve worked numerous food jobs and this was very frowned upon, we swerved customers until the last second of our open hours.
Suggested solution:
I would start by not locking the doors on customers before they actually close.
