Subway complaint: Charged my card for food I didn’t get

My complaint:

Tryed getting the get two subs for 5.00 on my lap top I couldn’t get it to work so I called asked them if they had the certain bread and how to get the online thing to work!! When I couldn’t get it to work I gave up !never went up and got the subs and the next day my card was charged for the subs!! I called them telling them they said nothing showed on there end !!i told them I’d bring up my bank showing they took the 18 bucks!! They said not to!! So I payed for 3 five doller subs tgat I never got

Suggested solution:

I asked them to make me the subs and the manger said nothing showed I ordered even tho I said I’d come up and show her
