My complaint:
I ordered three foot long subs at 5:20 pm. After I ordered I got the screen that shows that they are making them. So I figured it Friday night they are probably busy, we can wait for a while. Well 2 hours later I called. The guy told me that the order was canceled. I asked who canceled it. He didn’t know, I said I didn’t cancel it so what are we going to do about it? He said I could reorder it and pick it up. If I could pick it up I would have done that. But that’s why I ordered it delivered. Which kinda made me wonder if they canceled it because they didn’t want to deliver it? Anyway I’m really not very happy with Subway at this time.
