My complaint:
It has now been approximately 5 weeks since I filed my complaint about my incorrect order and no one has contacted me, except on January 24th an email ation that you received my complaint. I am concerned that my issue will be ignored and I will see nothing back or any compensation for being charged for something that should have been on my sandwich. Had I ordered the item separately, I would have been charged additionally for it. There was also an item on my sandwich that I DO NOT like and I DID NOT order to be on my sandwich. I also attempted to collect on my birthday cookie and was told, We don’t do that. The 5-10 emails I received said they did. All in all, I wasted my good money on poor service and food with a manager that has little to no customer service empathy.
I’m sure this seems like nit picking to you all but we as customers keep your stores open and with this type of service you will see a drastic change in your bottom line.
So, are you going to do anything about this or should I contact the media. You decide. I’m open to either. You have 7 days to make this right or I will go to a national network television channel, that I have interest in, and let the public know that Subway does not live up to it’s own standards and offerings. I’m highly disappointed with your company and unless this issue is resolved to my satisfaction, I will not spend another penny at Subway and I will use my influence to make this a big deal.

I paid for the sandwich and didn't eat it because it tasted like pickles so I threw it away.
I should receive a full refund ($16.05) and a $50 Subway gift card for my inconvenience and loss of money
