Subway complaint: Bad service

My complaint:

I always go to subway and generally everything is great. However my last couple visits were horrible. One was an online order, the other in-store purchase. Both in which I ordered a melt. The Italian BMT melt I ordered online did not have any cheese on it when I got home to eat it. Today I went in and ordered the Meatball Marinara. Neither of the workers were knowledgeable about the menu, prices, or how to make the sandwiches. The melts are supposed to have 3x the cheese and she only put the amount for a regular sandwich and when I asked for extra cheese I had to pay. I have been a loyal customer of Subway and I am not one to complain but this has to be addressed.

Suggested solution:

It does not matter how, I would just like for them to do something to show that they have better customer service than this.
